Shonan iPark is one of the largest life science-specific science parks in Japan, spanning the cities of Fujisawa and Kamakura in Kanagawa Prefecture. It has more than 100 offices with laboratories of approximately 1,000 m2; all of them are integrated in one building, making the structure suitable for open innovation.

Labs & Offices
Equipped with facilities necessary for chemical and biotechnological research and advanced experiments. We have offices of various sizes, with a minimum occupancy of one person.

Shared facilities and spaces such as meeting rooms, cafeterias, and refreshment areas are available throughout the building.
Safety Measures and Environmental Preservation
We operate our facilities with rules and management systems in place to ensure that exhaust, wastewater, and waste do not impact the local environment.
