1Acquisition of Personal Information and Purposes of Use
The Company acquires all or part of the personal information and personal related information listed below from tenants of facilities operated by the Company, member companies and organizations, other business partners, customers, and other relevant parties (collectively, “Business Partners”), and uses such information for the purposes described below, as well as for improving the Company’s business operations through information analysis, marketing activities, and the development of new businesses. To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties under necessary and appropriate supervision.

2Security Management of Personal Information
The Company implements the following security control measures to prevent leakage or loss of, or damage to personal information that you entrust to us. In the unlikely event of an incident involving the leakage of your personal information, etc., we will promptly report the incident to the regulatory authorities in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidelines, and take necessary measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring or recurring, in accordance with the instructions of the relevant regulatory authorities.
- Formulation of basic policy
The Company has established our privacy policy (https://www.shonan-ipark.com/en/privacy-policy/) as our basic policy to ensure the proper handling of personal information. - Establishment of rules for the handling of personal information
The Company maintains internal rules that specify, for each stage of acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal, the handling methods, responsible persons and personnel in charge, and their duties. - Organizational safety control measures
The Company appoints a person responsible for the handling of personal information, clarifies the employees who handle personal information and the scope of personal information handled by such employees, and maintains a reporting and communication framework to the responsible person when facts or signs of violations of laws or internal rules are identified. - Personnel safety control measures

3Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
- The Company may use technologies such as cookies and other information collection modules (collectively, “Cookies”) for purposes such as access analysis, to acquire access information, browsing information, and similar data relating to this website and systems related to the Company’s business operations. Information acquired through Cookies (the “Cookie Information”) does not include information that can identify or specify Business Partners on a standalone basis.
- Business Partners may configure settings regarding the use of Cookies. If the use of Cookies is not permitted, Business Partners may disable Cookies through their browser settings or similar means. However, disabling Cookies may reduce the convenience of services or limit the scope of services available.
- The Company uses Cookie Information for the operation, quality maintenance, and improvement of the Company’s business, as well as for the development and improvement of the Company’s products and services, and for advertising distribution tailored to the service usage status of Business Partners.
4Procedures for Correction, Suspension of Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information
- Correction
- Where Business Partners find that personal information held by the Company is inaccurate, they may request the correction, addition, or deletion of such personal information (collectively, “Correction”) in accordance with the procedures set forth in (4).
- Upon receipt of such request, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and if the Company determines that there are reasonable grounds for the request, the Company shall carry out the requested Correction of the relevant personal information without delay.
- If the Company determines, pursuant to the immediately preceding paragraph, whether or not to carry out the requested Correction, the Company shall notify the relevant Business Partner without delay.
- Suspension of Use
- If personal information held by the Company falls under any of the following circumstances, Business Partners may request the suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties of such personal information (collectively, “Suspension of Use”) in accordance with the procedures set forth in (4):
- the personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use;
- the personal information is used in a manner that may encourage or induceillegal or improper acts;
- the personal information was acquired by false or other wrongful means;
- leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information has occurred or is likelyto occur; or
- the handling of the personal information is likely to harm the rights or legitimate interests of the relevant individual.
- Upon receipt of such request, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay and if the Company determines that there are reasonable grounds for the request, the Company shall carry out the Suspension of Use of the relevant personal information. However, if the Suspension of Use would involve excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the relevant individual can be taken, the Company may implement such alternative measures.
- If the Company determines, pursuant to the immediately preceding paragraph, whether or not to carry out the Suspension of Use, the Company shall notify the relevant individual without delay.
- If personal information held by the Company falls under any of the following circumstances, Business Partners may request the suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties of such personal information (collectively, “Suspension of Use”) in accordance with the procedures set forth in (4):
- Disclosure
Business Partners may request the disclosure of personal information held by the Company and records of provision to third parties, in accordance with the procedures set forth in (4) below. Upon receipt of such a request from a Business Partner, the Company shall disclose the requested information to such Business Partner, etc. without delay. However, if disclosure would fall under any of the following circumstances, the Company may decide not to disclose all or part of the requested information, and in such case, shall notify the relevant Business Partner of such decision without delay:- disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the relevant Business Partner or a third party
- disclosure is likely to seriously impede the proper execution of the Company’s business operations
- disclosure would otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations
- Procedures
If Business Partners make a request set forth in (1) through (3) above, they shall complete the request form specified in a. below with the required information and submit it together with the identification documents specified in b. below to the address specified in c. below. A fee of one thousand Japanese yen (JPY1,000) will be charged for each request for the disclosure of personal information.- Request Form
